How it works
Like a sharp new hire who read the whole handbook.
Phillip is a chat assistant your team opens in the browser. Here is what a normal day with it looks like.
Sign in with the account you already have
Your Phillip lives at its own address, like acme.hiphillip.com. Teammates click "Sign in with your work account" and use Google, or get a one-time code by email at their work address.
Only addresses at your company domain get in. There are no new passwords to hand out, and when someone leaves you remove them from your seat list.
Ask Phillip anything
Draft a customer reply, summarize a long thread, rewrite a job posting, check the math on a quote. Phillip already knows what your company does, so you skip the explaining.
Every conversation is saved and searchable, so you can pick up where you left off on any computer or phone.
Drop in a file
Attach a PDF or document to a conversation and ask about it: "What are the payment terms in this contract?" or "Turn this inspection report into a punch list."
It remembers you
As you work, Phillip notes lasting facts about you, like your role, the accounts you handle and how you like answers written. Next time it already knows.
Memory is personal. Your coworkers never see yours. You can review, edit or delete anything Phillip remembers under Settings.
Your company library
Your admins add the documents everyone should be able to ask about: the employee handbook, service policies, price sheets, procedures.
When Phillip uses one to answer, it names the file, so people can check the source. Remove a file and Phillip stops using it right away.
Pick the right brain for the job
Phillip runs on Anthropic's Claude Sonnet by default. "Phillip (fast)" uses Claude Haiku for quick, simple questions, and "Phillip (GPT)" uses OpenAI's GPT for a second opinion.
Each person has a monthly usage allowance that covers typical daily work. We watch usage and tell you if anyone is running into it.
Admins stay in control
You choose one or two admins when you sign up. They manage the company library and can update the company brief, so Phillip keeps up as your business changes.
Need more people on Phillip? Add seats from your account page and they can sign in right away.
What Phillip doesn't do
Phillip drafts, answers and organizes. It doesn't log in to your other systems or take actions on its own, and it can be wrong, so have a person check anything that matters before it goes out.
